Partner Attorney Requirements:
1. Graduates from prestigious law schools of Chinese or overseas(U.S. U.K. Germany, Japan, Korea France) universities. Candidates with a master degree in law or with a Juris Doctor degree are preferred
2. Licensed to practice in China or other countries
3. For non-litigation associates, at least three years work experience in foreign related legal services is required. Experience with leading domestic or international law firms is an advantage
4. Able to communicate in at least one foreign language fluently
5. Familiar with formal legal writing styles in both Chinese and English and able to draft legal documents independently
6. Identified with our culture and principles
7. Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
8. Sincere character, practical spirit with his/her feet on the ground
9. Self-motivated, professional, physically fit and able to work under substantial pressure

Attorneys Requirements:

Paralegal Requirements:
1. Graduates from prestigious law schools of Chinese or overseas universities
2. Licensed to practice in China
3. For a non-litigation paralegal, at least one years work experience in foreign related legal services is required. Experience with leading domestic or international law firms is an advantage
4. Able to communicate in at least one foreign language
5. Identifiable with our culture and principles;
6. Sincere character, practical spirit with his/her feet on the ground
7. Self-motivated, professional, physically fit and able to work under substantial pressure
